Newly constructed addition (80X40) with additional (24X48) room adjoining.  Three bathrooms.  Full kitchen.  Air conditioned and heated for your comfort.  Round tables (5 foot – seat 8) and chairs available. 

We currently have (25) round tables as pictured. Additional tables may be delivered and picked up for a nominal charge by local rental service.  Weekend dates available.  Rates include deposit for damage.  Clean-up service and set-up service available at extra cost.

Member Rentals -  $100 (Sunday ~ Friday) -  $400 Saturday

Full Members and Retired Members (exception) - $200   For family members other than those in the immediate home under the age of 18.
$400 for Saturday rental.

Non-Members - $800 + $250 refundable damage deposit (Any day)

New Members – Same as Non-Members (One calendar year membership is required to apply for Full Member status)

Rental Deposit:  Due four weeks in advance of date requested.

Damage Deposit:
$250 – returnable if premises left in excellent condition – due 1 week before rental.

Rental Hours: 12 noon ~ 12 midnight       

Insurance:  Renter’s must provide policy.

Sportsmen’s Groups:  Special during the week  - $300 + 250 damage deposit (Sunday – Thursday)  Friday - $400 + $250 damage/cleaning deposit, Saturday - $800 + $250 damage/cleaning deposit.   Example: Ducks Unlimited, Trout Unlimited etc.
